Milla Lubis, MA (They/Them)

Staff Therapist

Milla is a non-binary, Muslim therapist who uplifts each person’s unique perspective while holistically taking into account the systems, communities, and identities that impact them.

They utilize an integrated approach, drawing from person-centered and feminist relational-cultural theories. Milla is passionate about creating warm, collaborative therapeutic alliances that center the experiences of QTPOC. They specialize in topics such as religion and spirituality, sexuality, gender expansiveness, grief, trauma, kink, and polyamory.

Milla holds a Master of Arts in Social Work, Social Policy, and Social Administration from the University of Chicago and is working towards a certificate in sex therapy from Adler University. They are most alive and in alignment with their values when cultivating radical joy, community care, and accountability in a variety of spaces.

Milla practices therapy in Illinois and offers coaching anywhere.
