"I love that we're a team that stands behind our values and has created a space that celebrates diversity and values tenderness. At the same time, we put in the work to create systems and structures that benefit the whole team and maintain the sustainability of this work. "

TEG Staff Therapist

"Honestly, one of the first factors that drew me to TEG was a commitment to values, specifically equity. After a decade of work in DEI in various capacities, this was the first time I’d so clearly seen an organization put its money where its mouth was."

TEG Staff Therapist

"TEG is a special space because we really practice moving in alignment with the values that we claim. Being on this team has challenged me to take my liberationist values a step further every day, both as a therapist and as a person."
