Bridge Russell, LMSW (He/They)
Staff Therapist
It can be hard to find space to slow down and sit with what you’ve been carrying. I offer a supportive space to make sense of your experiences, centering strength‑based growth and your capacity to contain, release, and transform trauma.
I support adults navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. My approach is non‑pathologizing and grounded in the belief that many effective tools extend beyond diagnosis. My goal as a therapist is to deepen self‑understanding, build on your strengths, and support a more aligned and sustainable way of living.
I integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, narrative therapy, EMDR, and parts work (IFS) to support emotional processing and nervous system regulation. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life.
While focusing our work in the present, we’ll stay open to whatever feels important to explore, moving at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. Our sessions will be temperate, flexible, and responsive to your needs. I aim to create a place for you to show up as you are, offering reflection and guidance when helpful and stepping back when space is needed. The therapeutic relationship is central to my work.
I am drawn to this work by a deep respect for resilience and the complexity of human experience. It is meaningful to get to witness growth and change and to support you in feeling more grounded, self‑aware, and able to move through life with greater autonomy.
