Claire Berlon, LSW (She/Her)

Staff Therapist

Welcome! It takes courage and vulnerability to begin this therapeutic journey, and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you are new to or familiar with therapy, we will take it at your pace. In my work with clients, I prioritize the cultivation of a loving presence and the building of emotional resilience to embrace the reality of what is here and now.

Influenced by my experiences supporting undergraduate students through conversations about healthy relationships, sexuality, and consent, my approach is grounded in social justice and centers empowerment, self-compassion, and authenticity. I offer a space to explore identity, relationships, and the challenges that come with adulthood.

My style is collaborative and conversational. When working with me, you can expect warmth, curiosity, calmness, and humor. I believe that each individual is unique, which means I will aim to find an approach that meets your needs and strengths. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills, and Somatic practice. My work is informed by intersectional feminist and anti-racist frameworks, and rooted in pleasure activism. Together, we will work towards finding and understanding what brings you pleasure.  I’m here whenever you are ready.
