Emma Haas, MA (She/Her)
Staff Therapist
Exploring and examining your life takes courage; I strive to foster a space where you feel nurtured and encouraged to embrace yourself and your desires. My approach is warm and supportive - offering affirming, anti-oppressive care rooted in relational psychodynamic therapy. Our sessions together will make space to discover and welcome all that emerges; leaning into curiosity, play, grief, desire, patience, uncertainty, and weaving the past and present. To this work I bring a deep respect for the ways we find and create language to describe, connect, capture, and reflect our inner worlds - I am honored to listen.
I work with individuals navigating the impact of painful histories, including experiences of systemic oppression and harm, complex and developmental trauma. I am passionate about supporting clients exploring questions of identity, belonging, grief, and cultural expectations, as well as couples navigating relationship dynamics across the non-monogamy spectrum.
Together, you’ll find new meaning from past experiences, explore that which has been hard to speak, and practice tending to pain versus solving it. I aim to support you in moving toward self-trust through deepening connection to self, other, and community in ways that honor your values, culture, and history. I welcome you to reach out when you feel ready!
