Hailey Hansen, LMSW (She/Her)

Staff Therapist

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker who creates a trauma-informed, inclusive space where safety, understanding, consistency, and agency are central. I work with individuals and couples navigating relational challenges, exploring identity, sexuality, and intimacy, and processing trauma. Many of my clients feel disconnected—from their bodies, their relationships, or their sense of self—or find that true rest feels out of reach. I support partners in stepping out of reactive cycles, communicating more openly, and building more secure, connected relationships.

I specialize in trauma therapy and sex therapy, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves, their sexuality, and their intimate relationships. I work with adult survivors of childhood abuse, sexual assault, sexual and gender-based violence, coercive control, and familial trauma. Together, we explore how trauma and cultural or relational messages around sex and intimacy shape patterns, beliefs, and experiences of connection. My work focuses on helping clients rebuild trust in themselves, reclaim agency over their bodies and desires, and move toward a more authentic, fulfilling intimate life.

My style is relational and gently challenging—I meet clients with warmth and compassion while supporting them in exploring patterns, moving through avoidance, and engaging more fully with their lives. I incorporate parts work, helping clients get to know and understand different parts of themselves—especially those shaped by past experiences—and how they show up in the present. My approach is grounded in a psychodynamic, relational, trauma-informed, holistic, and non-pathologizing framework, with attention to both conscious and unconscious processes. Together, we will work to deepen awareness of these patterns so you can respond with more choice, clarity, and self-understanding.
