Jordan LaHaye, MHC (They/Them)
Staff Therapist
As a queer and TGNC therapist, I works with adults and relationships seeking more honest and authentic connections with themselves and others. Beginning any journey in life can feel unpredictable, especially if it is in uncharted territory, and I aim to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered to move toward the life and relationships that feel most authentic to them.
I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, and consensually non-monogamous and polyamorous communities, offering affirming, sex-positive, and nonjudgmental care grounded in relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches. I am passionate about working with clients seeking to untangle internalized messages, find their identity, explore intricate relationship dynamics, and cope with the current state of the world.
Clients often describe my style as warm, collaborative, gently challenging, and grounded in humor and compassion. My work is rooted in feminist and anti-oppressive values, with deep respect for the ways identity, culture, community, and systems of oppression shape our experiences. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may feel unprocessed or limiting, build greater self-awareness and resilience, and work towards meaningful change. I look forward to welcoming you as you embark on this journey.
