CPO, Staff Therapist
You don’t have to show up perfectly here; who you are today is more than enough.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and my approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the belief that you deserve to be seen fully, in your identity, your relationships, and your lived experiences. As a Black bisexual woman, I center identity in our work and hold deep awareness of the ways systems, culture, and community shape how we move through the world.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working in law and entertainment. I understand what it’s like to navigate high-pressure environments, complex power dynamics, and to feel unheard or misread. My transition into mental health was rooted in a desire to create spaces where people, especially those with marginalized identities, feel seen, supported, and able to show up fully themselves. I invite you to bring all parts of you to this work, including those you may have felt the need to hide.
I specialize in sex therapy and relational work, supporting individuals, couples, and people in all kinds of relationship structures. I am especially passionate about working with Black women, as well as with clients exploring sexuality, intimacy, desire, and pleasure in expansive and nuanced ways. My approach is relational, somatic, and sex-positive, offering a space where all parts of your identity can be explored with curiosity, care, and respect. Together, we may explore communication, desire, boundaries, relational patterns, and what it means to build and maintain relationships, romantic, sexual, and otherwise, that feel aligned and fulfilling.
I show up authentically in the therapy room and invite you to do the same. I meet you with compassion, curiosity, and, when it feels right, a bit of gentle humor, because even in the depth of this work, there can be moments of lightness. Together, we’ll build on your existing strengths while making space for growth, resilience, and joy.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for your autonomy and your story. It takes courage to seek support, and I’m honored to sit with you through whatever comes next.
