Leah Hoane, LCPC, CST (She/They)

Clinical Administrative Director, Staff Therapist

As a queer-identified, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, I aim to partner with clients and draw on the expertise they hold of their experience. With an understanding of the vulnerability and courage involved in seeking support, I approach each client with compassion while offering gentle challenges that foster meaningful growth.

My goal is to empower clients through an individualized growth process, utilizing a feminist, relational, emotion-focused (EFT), and attachment-based lens. I believe counseling should be as unique as the individual or relationship seeking guidance, and I work with clients to find a custom approach that fits their personalities, strengths, and needs.

With specialized training in gender and sexuality - including working with non-monogamous, kinky, and gender-expansive individuals and relationships - I work with clients on concerns related to anxiety, transition, sexuality, relationships, identity, and more.

I look forward to meeting you and to building a space of exploration, collaboration, and curiosity to empower the emergence of an integrated, resilient, and authentic you.

Leah practices therapy in Illinois and offers coaching anywhere.
