Leah Hoane, LCPC, CST (She/They)

Clinical Administrative Director, Staff Therapist

Leah is a queer-identified, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist. With an understanding of the vulnerability and courage involved in seeking support, she approaches each client with compassion while offering gentle challenges that foster meaningful growth.

Leah works diligently to empower her clients through an individualized growth process, utilizing a feminist, relational, emotion-focused (EFT), and attachment-based lens. She believes counseling should be as unique as the individual or relationship seeking guidance, and works with their clients to find a custom approach that fits their personalities, strengths, and needs.

Leah has specialized training in gender and sexuality, including working with non-monogamous, kinky, and gender-expansive individuals and relationships. They work with clients on concerns related to anxiety, depression, transition, sexuality, relationships, identity, and more.

They look forward to meeting you, and to building a space of exploration, collaboration, and curiosity to empower the emergence of an integrated, resilient, and authentic you.

Leah practices therapy in Illinois and offers coaching anywhere.
