Maureen Davies, LSW, CADC (They/She)

Staff Therapist

Sometimes life can feel too heavy to hold, and I hope to carry some of that burden with you. I work with folks navigating change, grief, and loss, and empower people to create space for hope in their day-to-day lives. I became a therapist to help people recognize their inherent worth. My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, a sense of play, and a healthy dose of humor. I am passionate about helping people explore their inner landscape and tend to themselves in ways that feel sustainable and authentic.

I practice active listening and encourage radical acceptance. Through a combination of modalities and principles, I take a collaborative and compassionate approach in my work. Setting goals can feel daunting, especially when we don’t know where to start. I’ll be here to guide you as we collaborate on goals that feel both nourishing and exciting for you. I look forward to connecting whenever you feel ready.
