Staff Therapist
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is ask for help–if you are here, you've already taken that first step. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating the messiness of relationships, identity, and life transitions. Whether you're untangling patterns that no longer serve you, processing a loss, managing anxiety, or trying to show up differently in your relationships, I want to be a part of that journey with you. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I especially welcome queer clients, Latin and multicultural relationship structures, and anyone else who feels like the therapy world wasn't made for them.
My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I draw from Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST), which means I think of you not just as an individual, but as you exist within the context of your relationships, your culture, your family, your history, and the systems that have shaped who you are. Depending on what you need, we can work on expressing and understanding your feelings, navigating conflicting beliefs, breaking unhelpful patterns, and being your full self. I prioritize following your lead and tailoring our work to what actually feels helpful for you–in the end, you are the expert in your story.
I became a therapist because relational health is as important as any other type of health. I believe that relationships have the power to both wound and heal us. In our sessions, you can expect a space that feels genuine, caring, and free of judgment, especially a place where all parts of your story are welcome. My goal is never to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you figure that out for yourself. When you're ready, I'd love to connect.
