Staff Therapist
Healing is not something that happens in isolation. With trust, care, and alignment, therapy can be a radical space for growth.
I found my way to care work through community organizing and anti-violence work. As I grappled with my own experiences of interpersonal and systemic violence, I felt abandoned by conventional models of mental healthcare. My approach to therapy is informed by these lived experiences and driven by love and gratitude for community.
I work with queer and trans individuals, couples, polycules, and family units as they navigate a variety of challenges and experiences, including grief, loss, migration, identity, belonging, and change. I incorporate elements of emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic awareness to create an intentionally politicized therapeutic lens.
I strive to create a compassionate, affirming environment that honors authenticity and fosters a genuine healing alliance. Together, we can celebrate strengths, recognize areas for growth, and cultivate skills that align with your goals.
In a world that does not guarantee safety, dignity, or care, it is a brave decision to prioritize your well-being. Through a deepened understanding of self, I want to help you find a stronger sense of capacity, possibility, and empowerment.
