Staff Therapist
I care deeply about creating a space where people from historically marginalized communities feel seen, heard, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves.
I work with adults navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationships in all their forms. I'm especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, immigrants, international students, and anyone navigating cross-cultural identities.
Growing up in China and later living, studying, and working across different countries has shown me how deeply identity, culture, and belonging shape our lives. As a first-generation immigrant, queer, and bilingual clinician, I am reminded by these experiences to stay curious, humble, and intentional in creating a space where you can feel seen and understood.
My approach is integrative, collaborative, relational, and tailored to who you are. I value the connection between mind and body, believing that our bodies sometimes hold stories long before we've found the words for them. Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" I'm interested in understanding the experiences, relationships, and strengths that have shaped you.
